Employer of the project for which the contract was signed on 11.07.2016 is Kırıkkale Municipality. Within the scope of the protocol made between MKE and Kırıkkale Municipality, a building complex with 564 houses and 1 social facility was constructed with climbing formwork system according to the requirements of the projects of MKE fields. Project consisting of 14 blocks with 11-floors and 1 social facility with 4-floors includes basic structure, architectural and finishing works, electrical and mechanical works, infrastructure and environmental management, car parks and roads, structural and vegetal landscape works.

Within the scope of the project, which was carried out with the aim of providing modern urbanization with a high quality of life in the lodgings belonging to the Machinery and Chemistry Industry (M.K.E.), 564 flats of 150 m2 each were built on a land of 40,000 m2, and 300 open car parks planned for two cars per flat were built. In the site where 2 tennis and basketball courts are built, there are also 2 Security Buildings that control the entrances and exits.
