The employer of the project, which was started on 19.11.2007 and completed on 11.09.2008, is the Municipality of Sandıklı. In the project, which consists of 128 apart duplex apartments, there are natural cure centers that contain the spring waters coming from the Hüdai spas in each villa. The project includes reinforced concrete construction, architectural and finishing works, mechanical and electrical works.

In the project established in Hüdai Thermal Springs in the town of Sandıklı, where peace and nature meet with thermal, each apartment has its own private spa pool. Accommodation areas in the project consisting of 70 m2 apartments are within walking distance to the market, cure center, tea gardens, picnic areas and parks. It is possible to have breakfast, barbecue and picnic in the detached green areas and camellias in front of the apartments.
